The corona vaccine : my personnel experience and social

I really apologize for the absence from the blog, but I hope to return and keep writing regularly.

My greeting to readers from all over the world, especially from America, Sweden, India, Australia and other countries.

I will try to stick to one or two articles a week, and if I find time I will publish an article every day because Im thirst for writing.

in this text i will tell you about my experience of vaccine here in morocco.

In Morocco, the government came up with two vaccines at the beginning of the year 2021, the Chinese Sinopharm and the British AstraZeneca made in India.

The majority received the Chinese Sinopharma vaccine, I personally lived through the vaccine experience and finished the two doses at the beginning of August 2021.

After the first dose, I felt mild symptoms such as dizziness, relaxation, fatigue and the desire to sleep, but everything was fine the second time.

In the second dose, I did not feel anything, but after three days I felt a headache and a little dizziness in the head.

I have not tried the vaccine since I was a child, as children in the world have been receiving vaccines for years, but the vaccine experience for Corona is very unique for several reasons.

First, because the pandemic is new and we have not lived it before, and because we are trying the vaccine for the first time, and because the vaccine was manufactured in a short time, vaccines usually need more than 18 mounth.

Morocco continues the national campaign for vaccinations to contain the Corona pandemic, which has been sweeping the world since last January.

The emergence of new variants of the virus, such as the delta variant, poses a challenge to nations to confront the epidemic.

So far, whiling writint this article the epidemic has infected more than 220 million people around the world and killed more than 4 and a half million people.

People are very accepting of the vaccine, as many centers have been opened to receive vaccines, and schools have also been selected for this purpose in more than one Moroccan city.

There are some people who have not received the vaccine yet, perhaps because they are influenced by the conspiracy theory, but the majority receive the vaccine, and the government may require that the vaccine pass be permissible in public places and travel, and it will become necessary.

The world is racing against time to eradicate the virus, but not all people have access to the vaccine in some African countries, which prompted the World Health Organization to launch the Kovax Initiative for poor countries wich can help them to vaccine there poeple.

Summer in Morocco 2025: Traditions, Daily Life, and Cultural Rhythms

Summer in Morocco in 2025 is not only about the heat and the sunshine; it is a season of social rhythms, cultural gatherings, and daily habits that shape life across the country. As temperatures rise, Moroccans naturally adapt their routines, shifting much of their activity into the cooler hours of the evening when families and friends fill the streets, cafés, and seaside promenades. In coastal cities such as Casablanca, Rabat, and Tangier, the Atlantic breeze softens the summer atmosphere, turning the evenings into lively social occasions. Families stroll along the corniche, children play near the water, and young people gather in open cafés where mint tea and fresh juices remain essential companions to conversation. This nightly migration toward public spaces is one of the most distinctive features of Moroccan summer life. In Marrakech, Fez, and the historic towns of the interior, the story takes a different turn. The heat of the day pushes life into the shaded alleys of the...

Moroccan Harira... The basic meal in Ramadan

Harira is one of the most famous cuisine in Moroccan cuisine, along with couscous, rafissa, tajine and other Moroccan dishes. Al-Harira increases in the month of Ramadan, which is considered one of the most important meals at breakfast time in villages and cities. No one is ignorant of the Moroccan harira, so tourists know it well and demand it in popular restaurants in cities and fine restaurants near the sea, in malls and in hotels. In  villages, the children move around their mothers preparing the harira for taste, as they are fasting and give their children some harira to taste. It consists of a famous drink of flour, water and vegetables with the addition of meat or eggs, chickpeas, lentils, metalus and also a little spices. Cook the ingredients in a saucepan, add to the amount of flour and water and stir well until it takes a color that tends to yellow, and is served. The history of Harira dates back to the Andalusian state but is on the throne of Ramadan...
