Moroccan "rfissa" prepared in my home




The Moroccan Rfissa is a special meal especially in the villages and is prepared on very special occasions, for example in my village it was cooked when the women gave birth.
Al-Rfissa  is better with chicken meat, especially chicken village, a meal full of spices and small slates bread .

Quantities and methods of preparation of the Moroccan Rafaisa
First: Ingredients of Moroccan rfissa with chicken
1 kg of yellow flour
1/4 to 1/2 kg of white flour
salt
Normal water
