Tragedy: floods sweep away a footbal playground and kill people in Taroudant (pictures and video)



Torrent arrives to the stadium for the first time




The death of seven people and the disappearance of others in Taroudant, southern Morocco, was grieved by floods that swept away a football stadium.



Dozens of people from the region of ''Eguren'' in the roundabout named Tizert were crowded at the stadium, which was built in the middle of the valley.

According to official data, seven people was died, a young man and six olders, and about 25 missing persons are still being sought by the prevention services and local authorities are searching for them using special teams and helicopter.



Amid everyone's amazement, the torrent began to grow stronger and it was getting creeping into the stadium, revealing witnesses who attended the day of the tragedy.



But the problem is not the warnings and the presence of people when the flood arrived on the stadium, but the biggest problem is the construction of the stadium in this place, which is dangerous.

It all started on Wednesday morning as people were delighted with joy watching a football match between the region's villages, before they heard a warning from other village from in the areas that the  torrent is coming.

The incident, which was documented by mobile phones cameras, was a shocking manifestation of the interactions of citizens on social media, who denounced the local authorities' license to build a football stadium inside a waterway .
